These scones are pastry perfection - an English tea time treat crafted using a traditional recipe and fresh baked using Vermont's lovely butter and cream.

Fresh local strawberries, are combined with 72% Dark Chocolate to create a decadent delightfully sinful jam

Strawberry Jam

Our classic strawberry jam starts with a touch of lemon juice and pure cane sugar.  Simple and elegant, this jam has a loose European set and bursts with fresh strawberry flavor 

Mixed Berry Jam

A berry explosion featuring a blend of blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.  This is a low sugar jam allowing the berries flavor to shine through.  This is not a seedless jam

Apple Pie Jam

Packed with a variety of locally sourced apples combined with cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and brown and white sugar.  One bite and you will fall for this wonderful jam.  Apple Pie in a jar!


Herbed Soft Cheese

Our house-made creamy cheese is blended with herbs harvested from our gardens at their peak.  We combine fresh parsley, basil, chives, and garlic scapes, flecked with black pepper.  This is the perfect savory spread!
